CANADIAN Financials & Utilities Split

CANADIAN Financials & Utilities Split Corp. redeemed its Preferred Shares and Class A Shares as scheduled on January 31, 2012, the Company’s Maturity Date, in accordance with the terms of its prospectus dated January 30, 2007. The redemption value per Preferred Share was $10.0361, equal to $10.00 plus accrued and unpaid distributions of $0.0361. The redemption value per Class A Share was $5.4248.
